ExtraSchicht 2026 with EventComedy at two locations

Before the tears of laughter could even reach their cheeks, they had already evaporated.

On what was the hottest day of the season so far, the Comedy Conductors once again delighted visitors to the Local Transport Museum in Dortmund this year.

Jokes can be memorized; jokes can be recited. With these two conductors, however, the top-notch material is created fresh on the spot, right between their brains and their tongues. Their mouths are already opening while the punchline is still making its way out. It then takes just as long for the joke to travel from the listeners’ eardrums to their brains before finally fighting its way out in the form of laughter. Whether spoken or lived out, a dialogue emerges here. The audience becomes the source of inspiration, the performers the recipients—and vice versa. That’s how good comedy is made.

Anyone who was there will never forget “Being Counted” and “The Drug Sniffer Dog.”

At the Friedrich Heinrich Coal Mine in Kamp-Lintfort, too, it was “water march.” The actors from EventComedy provided great entertainment and brought tears to our eyes, because even here, the heat wasn’t enough to stop the laughter.
